4. Will you accept Pagemaker, Freehand or Corel Draw?
Unfortunately, we do not accept these file formats. We only accept PDF files. Click here for instructions on how to create a PDF file.

5. Can we send our PDF files to you via e-mail?
Unfortunately, we do not accept files via e-mail. Ads should be uploaded to the SendMyAd portal. Simply log on to SendMyAd to set up your account and upload/approve your ad.

6. Can we send our PDF files to a ftp site?

7. What if we can’t produce a PDF file or have issues with SendMyAd?

8. Why do we need to send you a hard copy proof of our ad?
In order to help insure that we reproduce your ad as you envision, we need a hard copy proof. This way, we can make sure all of the elements in the hard copy proof are also contained in your digital file. Send your color, hard copy proof via overnight mail to June Holloway at the address below. If color is not critical, you may send a black and white proof. 9. What kind of proof do you need?
A digital matchprint is preferred if color is critical. However, a Rainbow, Fuji or color laser is acceptable for color breaks.

10. What is the last possible date I can send materials to you by?
