Monster’s head monster, Noel Lee, announced this week that the U.S. retail debut of Monster Products’ SoundStage wireless music system - which includes three uniquely shaped, svelte speakers – Models S1 ($199.95), S2 ($299.95) and the S3, with a leather-enhanced chassis ($399.95) – will take place at the end of October, with Best Buy as the inaugural retail outlet.
Just after hosting a rousing press conference at CE Week on Thursday, Monster CEO Noel Lee invited those in attendance upstairs for an additional set of company announcements. The private event focused mostly on the future of next generation HD television, where Lee revealed an updated line of Monster A/V cables and launched a new HDMI cable for use with 4K Ultra-HD video and gaming.
