The former D&M Holdings unveiled a fresh corporate image, a new line of headphones and docking stations additions to its core AVR lines and a revamped dealer program to signify the company’s future direction.

D&M Holdings' dealer and retail partners can expect to see new product lines, including headphones; fresh point-of-sale merchandising and marketing efforts.

D&M Holdings announced Friday that Phil Cohn, the senior vice president of sales and marketing, is leaving the company. Cohn is departing in order to "pursue career interests outside of the consumer electronics industry," according to a statement released by chairman, president and CEO Jim Caudill.

Stressing networking capability and ease of use, Denon Electronics is fielding a 2011 product range dominated by an A/V receiver (AVR) line. The line features lower prices and fewer SKUs whose highlights include the first three models in the company’s new IN-Command Series, which launches in May.

D&M Holdings said Monday that Jim Caudill will become its new CEO, replacing Yvonne Hao.
