Beale Street Audio has announced the arrival of its new Beale Xpress line, which it describes as "a high performance line of amplifiers, subwoofers and speakers designed for the distribution channel and featuring Sonic Vortex Technology."

Pakedge announced this week that has hired Michelle Coleman as its new international sales manager. Coleman formerly worked at Kaleidescape as distribution sales manager for Europe, the MIddle East and Africa.
Wim Voet will provide sales and marketing support for RTI's control solutions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and serve as a regional point of contact for RTI's dealers and distribution partners.
The 2011 ISE, held in February in Amsterdam, had 715 exhibitors, including 150 new companies representing an 11 percent rise from ISE 2010. The number seems certain to be surpassed again in 2012. On-site exhibitor rebooking resulted in 102 percent of the 2011 floor plan being reserved. The show's organizer, Integrated Systems Events, had already confirmed that the 2012 show would occupy an expanded footprint.
