Fujitsu Gets Out of Plasma Business

Fujitsu General America announced Thursday that it plans to exit the flat-panel plasma business, effective next years. In a letter to dealers sent on Thursday, FGA President and COO Tedd Rozylowicz vowed to continue to “operate as a successful business entity in other categories of product and equipment,” and will continue to provide support for already-sold units, under existing warrantees.
