One Voice: You Should Be Proud
Exactly one year ago, we launched the CustomRetailer Customer Satisfaction Awards. It has been an outstanding success and we have been flooded with entries.
Electronic systems contractors/retailers were asked to send us a testimonial letter from a happy customer with complete contact information, making for an incredibly compelling argument why that ESC had gone beyond the norm in customer service.
We have selected one testimonial per issue for a total of 12 winners since last June. The monthly winners have been honored with a plaque and are eligible for the grand prize of a $500 American Express Gift Certificate when we choose the ultimate annual winner, to be published in the June issue.
We are not finished yet as we still have to select winners for this April and May—if you haven’t sent me your testimonial letter yet, please e-mail it to me today at Mjenson@napco.com. You could still win!
On that happy note, and because one good (excellent) contest deserves another, in June, we will also launch a year-long contest for your best ESC salesperson. This will be determined by who was your top closer/actual total-dollar-volume sales for your sales ending April 2009.
Please send me a paragraph or two highlighting what this dynamo on your staff has done to exceed your expectations and keep the wheels of your business turning financially while building a great relationship with the client. Factual anecdotes are welcome about how that bottom line was achieved.
We will award monthly award plaques, but we also hope that the synergy you spread, and possibly new sales techniques that you share amongst all CustomRetailer readers, will help to elevate the ESC profession across the United States.
