Women in CE to Honor Benedetto, Ghazarian, Parks, Thomas, Kassoff and Yelland
The Women in CE organization announced Tuesday that upcoming honorees for its 2014 Legacy Awards, as well as two other honorees.
This year's Legacy Award honorees are: Sandra Benedetto, director of product management for THX; Deena Ghazarian, vice president of global sales and strategy for Monster Products; Tricia Parks, CEO of Parks Associates; and Kathleen Thomas, vice president of domestic sales for AudioQuest.
In addition, Women in CE will present the Carol Campbell Inspiration Award to Deb Kassoff of CEA, and has named Nicole Yelland, director of marketing and communications for Livio, its first Woman to Watch.
“Our members continue to inspire us with their remarkable contributions to the consumer electronics industry,” Carol Campbell, founder of Women in CE, said as part of the announcement.
“The 2014 honorees are leaders that have displayed a sustained commitment to innovation, growth, and continuous improvement within a broad range of industry areas. This year we’re also excited to celebrate a young rising star with our ‘Woman to Watch’ distinction, as well as pay tribute to our Inspiration Award recipient for her immeasurable contributions to our organization.”
The Women in CE Legacy Awards will be presented Jan. 7, during International CES. Tickets to the event are available online.
