Vizio Launching New LED TVs
Vizio, ahead of CES on Tuesday, announced the launch of 40 LED-based LCD TVs. The TVs range in size from 16 to 71 inches, and two of them, the Cinema HDTV models, support a 21:9 Cinema aspect ratio.
Some of the models include 3D capability- with Theater 3D passive glasses- while most include access to Vizio's Internet Apps.
"Vizio's leadership in LED will continue with the introduction of over 40 models for 2011," Matthew McRae, VIZIO's CTO, said as part of the announcement. "The picture performance and environmental benefits are available in sizes ranging from the petite 16 inch class to the larger-than-life 71-inch class, ensuring there is an LED lit model that suits every need."
Vizio has announced that Hulu Plus and Blockbuster On Demand are available as part of Vizio's Internet Apps.
