ViewSonic now shipping new LightStream 7 Full HD 1080p projectors
ViewSonic launched its new LightStream 7 Full HD 1080p projectors this week. The high definition projector is designed for use in home entertainment systems, but the company said they also can be ideal for education and business applications.
The LightStream 7 projectors are engineered with enhanced technologies for increased color accuracy and enriched sound. The line includes the LightStream PJD7830HDL Full HD 1080p projector, which comes in white, and the LightStream PJD7835HD Full HD 1080p projector, which comes in black.

The LightStream PJD7830HDL projector boasts 3200 lumens and the LightStream PJD7835HD features a brightness level of 3500 lumens. Engineered with the company’s SuperColor technology, which features a newly designed color wheel, these LightStream 1080p projectors deliver best-in-class color accuracy in a sleek and user-friendly form factor. The output of brightness and color from the new projectors are true-to-life in just about any lighting condition, ensuring the projected images are vivid and vibrant. Developed with the company’s proprietary SonicExpert enhanced sound technology, an integrated speaker delivers immersive audio quality for greater frequency range and minimized distortion – even at the highest volume levels.
Both projectors also include smart features like PortAll, an integrated compartment with a MHL/HDMI port that allows users to wirelessly stream media content through an optional wireless HDDMI dongle.
ViewSonic said the LightStream Full HD 1080p PJD7830HDL (white) will retail for $1,099, and the PJD7835HD (black) will retail for $1,199. Both projectors are available now.
