TiO Adds Charleston Angel Partners as Investor
TiO, the Florida-based provider of common-sense home automation products, announces Charleston Angel Partners, a long-tenured and established angel investment group, as its latest investor. In addition, TiO Home, Inc., formerly known as Anuva Automation has completed a name change to further strengthen its brand recognition.
Founded in 2004, Charleston Angel Partners believes that meaningful economic impact happens when great people support great ideas. Investing in innovation will accelerate Charleston and the Southeast into the future, creating an environment of aspiration and excitement. Through the Charleston Angel Partners investment, TiO will grow its presence, product offerings and partnerships for dealers and home builders with an extensive long-term plan.
“Sanjay and his team at TiO Home, Inc are addressing a growing market opportunity in an effective way. I am excited to be able to add TiO Home to the Charleston Angel Partners portfolio and look forward to being a part of their growth going forward,” said John Osborne, Executive Administrator of Charleston Angel Partners.
In addition, TiO Home, Inc., recognized by many as Anuva Automation, has completed a rebranding phase to feature a more simplified name. The enhanced name brings more clarity to TiO’s mission of creating innovative, simple-to-use home automation solutions for consumers.
“We’re pleased to announce Charleston Angel Partners’ investment in TiO. John and his team of investors have been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them,” said Sanjay Patel, President and Chief Executive Officer of TiO. “It’s a very exciting time for TiO and we have officially completed our name change to create more clarity for our brand. We are focused on growing TiO and creating common-sense automation solutions for our customers so simplifying our name further reiterates our mission.”
