"Ever since signing our agreement with Tidal last summer, we have looked forward to bringing this service to our dealers." Ingo Schmoldt, VP of Sales, Fusion Research, said in a statement. "Especially with the focus on high resolution audio and adding DTS Play-Fi to our product lineup, Tidal should be a very attractive option for our customers.”
Dealers may remotely add Tidal’s service to their client’s systems. Depending on which control system they are using, Tidal will either pop up automatically or it can be programed into their projects.
Fusion’s music servers start at under $500 for an audiophile quality single source server and under $1000 for a 6 source Play-Fi Server. Play-Fi includes access to many of the top streaming apps, the ability to synchronize client's iTunes accounts and the ability to support high-resolution music file formats.
Tidal is available for $8.49/month for Premium service and $16.99/month for Hi-Fi service.
