SpeakerCraft Launches Dealer Protection Plan
SpeakerCraft this week announced that it has launched an aggressive dealer-protection plan in order to protect dealers from what it calls "predatory sales and marketing activities."
The program entails the retention of Internet-savvy law firms, as well as other methods that the company is keeping confidential.
"SpeakerCraft has invested millions of dollars to create a brand that its dealers are proud to sell," Jeremy Burkhardt, SpeakerCraft’s President, said as part of the announcement. “We have no intention of letting unauthorized sellers take business from dealers that have helped to build our brand."
"The damage done to so many companies because of improper use of their intellectual properties is astounding," Burkhardt continued. "This program is our response to this problem and a real warning to those who are thinking of violating our intellectual property rights."
