High-performance audio manufacturer Soundcast recently held its European Fall Sales Summit in Belgium. Oscar Ciornei, President and CEO of the company, said that the event closed with a great deal of anticipation and enthusiasm for the year ahead. Soundcast teased a new line of products that will be making their debut at CES in January and also reported on heightened sales support and a new brand marketing strategy.
“Every summit attendee was very excited of the new line up of products and the versatile technology Soundcast will be using,” Soundcast Europe’s Alain Van de Nest said in a statement. “We are pleased that Soundcast will not be competing with other brands but addressing the needs for rugged yet elegant outdoor systems that work with any and all brands. I feel more confident than ever that our Soundcast sales and its demand in Europe will be at an all time high.”
Principals from Soundcast’s international sales and marketing partners converged on Belgium for the event and represented areas like the U.K., Portugal, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Austria, and Italy. This summit was the first for Oscar Ciornei as the head of Soundcast’s new leadership team.
The new line of products that the company gave a glimpse of was new outdoor wireless speakers, which will make their debut at CES in January. They’re expected to begin shipping during the second quarter of 2016. Ciornei said the new line of products is the result of his company reaching out to many of its best dealers and distributors to gather feedback on the design.
“They spoke, we listened,” he said in the statement. "Soundcast is crafting a future based upon its core values of portability, high-performance audio, and weather resistance—and we're taking that to the next level with improved sound, functionality, connectivity, ease of use, smaller and lighter in size, and premium modern design aesthetics suited for today’s consumer.”
