The Sound Organisation debuts three new Arcam A/V receivers
The new Arcam AVRs come with Dolby Atmos technology, according to the Sound Organisation, along with HDMI 2.0a and HDCP 2.2 capability. Arcam also included Dirac Research’s room correction technology, Dirac Live, which gives the Arcam AVRs the ability to tune the acoustic performance of the system to any room situation.
The new SR250, the Sound Organisation said, is a two-channel AVR that offers the connectivity of a fully-featured AVR, with the “performance of a high-end stereo Hi-Fi amplifier.” It also comes with HDMI 2.0a and HDCP 2.2 capability and Dirac Live.
“The SR250 delivers 120 watts per channel into 8 ohms and will get the best out of any speaker,” the company explained in a press release. “This unique product provides the perfect solution for demanding music lovers who want to enjoy great sound from the multitude of analogue, digital, network & HDMI equipped sources.”
