Sony Ships New Bravia Line
Sony said this week that its newest line of Bravia HDTVs are now shipping. The lineup includes 37 models, including 32 that are Internet-connected and 23 that are 3D-capable.
The release of the new line coincides with the launch of a yearlong advertising campaign called "Television Redefined." The company also recently announced a reboot of its Sony retail stores.
"Consumers are getting smarter with their choices for home entertainment," Brian Siegel, vice president of TV product marketing for Sony Electronics' Home Division, said in a statement.
"Sony is dedicated to delivering customers smart TVs, with unprecedented connectivity and access to online entertainment, superb picture quality, and stunning design, as only Sony can."
Sony's connectivity platform now includes such features as Netflix, Hulu Plus, Crackle, Yahoo Connected TV and more.
