RTI Beefs Up Tech Support
As part of its “Committed to Custom” (C2C) initiative, home theater control vendor Remote Technologies Inc. (RTI) said it is now offering extended tech support hours—8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST.
All told, RTI has added an hour on each side of its previous eight-hour tech support schedule. “We are extending our current tech support hours to better serve our dealers nationwide,” said Pete Baker, RTI’s vice president of sales and marketing.
The C2C initiative “highlights RTI’s devotion to the custom installation market,” said the company, which designs and sells its controllers “exclusively to custom installers.” “As part of our C2C pledge, expanding our service hours supports our commitment to customer service and being there for our dealers when they need us,” said Baker.
