ProSource launches new member portal
Buying group, ProSource, has announced the launch of a new member services portal. The portal delivers information, services and tools designed to strengthen and grow member businesses.
“Our strategy is to deliver the information our members require to make informed decisions and tightly manage their business,” Dave Workman, President and CEO of ProSource, said in a statement.
“Along with our dedicated regional team we are able to engage each member on a one-on-one basis to maximize their profitability.”
The portal is designed to complement the ProSource District Management team and member benefit review process. Member benefit reviews include one-on-one collaboration between the member and the ProSource District Manager.
According to ProSource, the sessions deliver a quantifiable analysis of dollars earned and opportunities to further maximize returns. One-on-one reviews show members the total profit opportunity received when engaging with vendor brands from special pricing, terms, freight and more.
Highlights of the portal include vendor purchase and rebate information, vendor programs, promotions and new product announcements. ProSource vendors also receive a dedicated page on the site aggregating sales, training and marketing tools information.
The member services portal was launched in early February and will be featured at the ProSource Summit at the Marriott World Center in Orlando, Florida where Marketing Director, Kathleen Marini, will be giving members live walk-throughs.
