Pinnacle Speakers has announced plans to sell its e-commerce division and license the Pinnacle brand, according to an announcement issued Tuesday.
“Our expertise in e-commerce channels has been a major driver of our growth," Mickey Rothenberg, Pinnacle's Vice President Strategic Marketing, said as part of the announcement.
" After we won the unprecedented $1M+ legal award Pinnacle is known to be the most vigilant in the industry in protecting our copyrights, trademarks and brand integrity. Now we will share this proprietary expertise and the profits of this fast growing division with the right strategic partner.”
Pinnacle, which claims $1 million in gross profit and "millions of dollars" in sales, is offering either a full sale, a majority stake or Exclusive Licensing & Royalty agreements. In addition, Rothenberg "can be maintained at the helm of Pinnacle’s E-commerce division as a component of an agreement."
