Peerless-AV Updated PeerAir Wireless HD System is Truly Wireless
Peerless-AV has refreshed its PeerAir Wireless HD Multimedia System, allowing 1080p video up to 100 feet without any running wires.
The HDS-WHDI100 was created to transmit video using 802.11n technology with external directional antennas to provide a "reliable and robust signal" that Peerless-AV says can penetrate multiple walls, floors, and ceilings to offer complete wireless coverage. The PeerAir also allows for an easy plug-and-play installation as well as an IR extender for the receiver, ensuring a clean aesthetic where the receiver can be stored out of sight.
The PeerAir allows for TVs in bathrooms, kitchens, and other tough-to-wire locations to quickly and easily be installed with no need to cut drywall to hide HDMI cables. With its simple plug-and-play installation, homeowners can feel confident in installing the solution without a professional. Further, the PeerAir transmitter features an HDMI pass-thru allowing source devices to display content on a local hardwired TV while streaming that same content wirelessly to a remote TV, often eliminating the need for an extra cable box, which means more money in your customers' pockets.
The $299 system is available now through Peerless-AV direct sales representatives and authorized distribution networks.
