Vizio has introduced several new products ahead of the holiday season, including a large high-end HDTV, several smaller ones, and even some audio accessories.
The line is headed by Vizio’s new 55” XVT LCD HDTV. Featuring 1080p resolution and a 50,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, the unit also includes the HD Game Port. The product, with the model number VF550XVT1A, will arrive in January at an MSRP of $1,999.99; its release is being marketed towards the Super Bowl.
In addition, Vizio has introduced a trio of much smaller HDTVs, ranging in price from $249.99 to $449.99. All three are available now. Also part of the line is a 26” multi-media monitor, available now at an MSRP of $429.99.
And finally, Vizio has also announced a Sound bar and Wireless Subwoofer. Meant to work with the other TVs, the product features SRS Labs’ TruVolume and can connect to televisions using only one cable. The unit, also available in January, will sell for $349.99.
