Metra Home Theater Group rolls out new Spyclops surveillance camera lineup
The two HD IP Spyclops cameras—the SPY-BLTG2IP24 in grey and SPY-BLTW2IP24 in white—include IP streaming, 2.8mm to 12mm manual varifocal lenses, 42 infrared LEDs that work up to 40 meters at night, and HISILICON DSP, wide dynamic range, Metra explained. The 2.4 MP cameras provide for 1080p viewing.
Four new Spyclops HD bullet cameras that are part of the lineup have similar specs. The differences: both the grey SPY-BLTG2AHD24 and white SPY-BLTW2AHD24 come with AHD streaming and 3D noise reduction, and the grey SPY-BLTG2AHD1 and white SPY-BLTW2AHD1 come with a slightly reduced 1.0MP camera that provides 720p resolution.
Finally, two new dome cameras—the SPY-DOMEGAHD24 in grey, and SPY-DOMEWAHD24 in white—come with 2.8/12mm manual varifocal lenses, 3D noise reduction, 36 IR LED’s for 30 meters of night time distance, and 2.4MP for 1080p viewing. And the SPY-DOMEGAHD1 in grey, SPY-DOMEWAHD1 in white come with a similar feature set and 1.0MP cameras for 720p resolution.
All 10 Spyclops models are built inside of IP66 rated weather-resistance metal housing for indoor and outdoor use, Metra said.

Metra Home Theater Group will have its new Spyclops cameras, along with its entire product lineup, at the 2015 CEDIA Expo (booth #4942) in Dallas later this month.
