McIntosh to Exhibit Custom Install Products at ISE 2019
Home entertainment leader, McIntosh, is set to showcase its new line of Custom Install products for the first time in Europe at ISE 2019 in Amsterdam. On the list are Distribution Amplifiers and In-wall and In-Ceiling Speakers. Additional McIntosh products will be on display at the event as well.
The two latest distribution amplifiers are the MI254 and MI128. The MI254 is a 4-channel amplifier outputting 250 WPC into 8 Ohms or 300 WPC into 4 Ohms while the 8-channel MI128 outputs 120 WPC into 8 Ohms or 150 WPC into 4 Ohms.
Both employ sophisticated closed loop digital switching amplifiers and robust power supplies that result in performance levels rarely seen in distributed audio.
The MI254 can be inputted into almost any existing home theater system to drive surround speakers.
Additional features of both amplifiers include: signal overload technology (to prevent overdriving speakers), BUS input and outputs, individual channel inputs, 12 Volt triggering capabilities, and eco-friendly on/off signals.
Both are installer-friendly and do not require a fan to maintain operating temperature.
In-Wall and In-Ceiling Speakers
The WS500 and WS300 In-Wall Speakers and the CS200 In-Ceiling Speaker will also be on display at ISE 2019. The three are voice matched to create an all-around seamless listening experience.
Both the WS500 and WS300 can be used in 2-channel home audio and home theater installations. These fully enclosed 3-way speakers can adapt to any environment. Their compact size of 9.3cm deep adds to their versatility, meaning they can fit into almost any wall.
The 3-way CS200 In-Ceiling Speaker contains a rotating array making an already incredible sonic performance even better as each speaker can be maximized in an individual space.
Each speaker will come equipped with the hardware and mounting tools needed for post construction installations. The grilles will magnetically attach and can easily blend into their surroundings with a little paint. All are able to handle up to 250 Watts of power.
