Manufacturers rep company End Result packs ’em in for 2013 show
Consumer electronics rep firm End Result, of Pittsburgh, Pa., reports that its 12th annual electronics expo for home AV and 12 volt retailers was a great success. Held March 6 at the Fort Rapids Resort and Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio, “Get Better” was the theme of this year’s show.
End Result, a company that represents manufacturers of home AV and aftermarket autosound products in Ohio, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania, offered dealers a chance to preview a unique line-up of products. The company also hosted educational seminars for dealers during the event, as well as manufacturers’ training sessions, networking opportunities and roundtable discussions.
“A snowstorm did not deter the more than 117 attendees who packed such seminars as, ‘How to Increase Floor Traffic,’ ‘How to Compete with the Internet,’ ‘Projector and Screen Tricks & Tips,’ ‘Paradigm Anthem Training,’ and more,” said Ed Dalesandro, principal of End Result.
“The Get Better event concluded with Casino Night, which gave everyone a chance to unwind after a full day of activities.”
Highlights of the event included the debut of the Wolf Cinema SDC-8 projector, demonstrated with a Screen Innovations 110-inch Zero Edge Black Diamond screen; Paradigm’s demo of a 5.1 channel system of in-wall speakers; and a display of Paradigm’s new Shift line of “receiver-less” speaker options.
Russound featured its award-winning DMS3.1 Media Streamer and its iPad/iPod wireless multiroom interface. Rob Keeler of BDI attended to showcase the company’s exciting line of audio/video furniture, and Cindy Sherwood of Supersonic displayed a full line of audio/video products for the home and car.
Attending dealers included Sound & Visions of Akron, Ohio; Genesis Audio of Columbus, Ohio; Audio Craft of Cleveland, Ohio; Stereo Shop of Greensburg, Pa.; and many others.
