Klipsch Recruits Top Industry Veterans to Intensify Retail & Integrator Growth Strategy
Klipsch has four new additions to its sales team in North and South America, adding industry veterans Mike Gatto, Mark Hittle, Alvin Klement, and Angel Rivera-Reyes to its deep roster of talent. The recent hires join Klipsch Group to increase the brands’ number one position as an industry leader in premium audio solutions and services.

Mike Gatto joins Klipsch Group as NYC Territory Sales Representative, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the Consumer Electronics (CE) industry with Pioneer Electronics, Denon and Russound. His extensive leadership and sales management skills, as well as a solid network of retailers and custom integrators in the New York/New Jersey area, make him an ideal fit for Klipsch Group. Gatto’s previous role was National Sales Manager – Key Accounts with Russound.
Mark Hittle has rejoined Klipsch Group as Midwest Territory Representative. He has more than 35 years of retail and manufacturer sales expertise in the CE industry, most of them were with Klipsch. Hittle has deep-rooted relationships in the Midwest and is highly motivated to succeed in this role. Hittle comes to Klipsch Group from The Progressive Group, where held the position of Director of Sales and Operations.
Alvin Klement has also rejoined the Klipsch Group sales team in a newly created position as National Accounts Manager for the Jamo brand. Klement has more than 28 years in the CE industry. He started at the retail level with Audio Express in North Carolina and was eventually promoted to general manager of the 13-store chain. He then moved into manufacturing as a regional sales representative for Klipsch Group and was ultimately promoted to a regional VP role. His most recent position was National Sales Manager for Rockford Fosgate.
Angel Rivera-Reyes is in a newly created role as the Latin America Sell-Through Representative. Rivera-Reyes comes to Klipsch Group with more than 20 years of retail and operations management expertise. He has led top-performing US retail stores for Bose and Best Buy. Rivera-Reyes is laser-focused on the vast expansion of Klipsch and Jamo in retail throughout Latin America.
