Klipsch Group promotes Vince Bonacorsi to senior director, strategic business development
The Klipsch Group—owners of the Klipsch, Jamo, and Energy audio brands—has promoted Vince Bonacorsi to senior director of strategic business development. Prior to his promotion, Bonacorsi was the director of sales in France. He has been with Klipsch Group for nine years, serving in various sales and operations capacities.
In his new role, Bonacorsi will work alongside Klipsch Group’s executive leadership team and will focus on strategically building a scalable enterprise in new and existing global markets and channels of distribution, the company explained. Among the key initiatives that he will be responsible for include implementing a CRM platform, establishing improved brand presence, and increasing consumer conversion rates on a global basis.
“Vince is a proven leader. His intimate knowledge of key markets, intuition and ability to provide relevant, executable ideas in sales channels globally make him the perfect fit for this new position,” Oscar Bernardo, COO for Klipsch Group, said in a statement.
In his previous role as director of sales in France, Bonacorsi successfully transformed that market into the single largest market across the European, Middle Eastern, and African markets, Klipsch said. As a result, the company said it now has access to a variety of both traditional and nontraditional CE channels of distribution in the French marketplace.
“It is a very exciting time to be part of this storied company as we complete a transformation that will ensure its success for years to come,” Bonacorsi said in the statement. “Being a part of the Klipsch team has become a second family to me. I look forward to working with our team and partners strategically on a global basis to increase our market potential.”
