Klipsch Expands Speaker Series
Klipsch announces last week that it will be expanding its high-end flagship Palladium speaker series, adding six new products to the existing P-39F floorstanding speaker.
The new line consists of two floorstanders (P-38F and P-37F), a bookshelf speaker (P-17B), a center channel (P-27C), a surround speaker (P-27S) and a subwoofer (P-312W).
The line is the product of more than a year of design work, the company said.
“The entire Palladium family bears a sophisticated, modern design, incomparable craftsmanship and new proprietary technologies,” the Klipsch brand president, Mike Klipsch, said in a statement. “This new series is more than the ultimate expression of our sound; it is a triumph of passion.”
The the P-39F, P-38F and P-37F are priced at $20,000, $12,000 and $8,000 a pair, respectively; the P-17B costs $4,000 per pair, while the P-27C retails at $3,500 per unit. The P-27S is $4,000 per pair while the P-312W is the same price per unit; the PFS-24 and PFS-18 retail for $800 and $650, respectively.
