Jabra announces appointment of Matthew Lombardi as Director, Channel Sales
Jabra, a leading manufacturer of intelligent audio solutions, continues its focus on the partner community with the appointment of Matthew Lombardi as Director of Channel Sales. Lombardi will oversee the West Coast channel team responsible for driving growth with our national and regional partners and will report directly to Barb Huelskamp.
A strategic leader with more than 15 years in worldwide channel-sales management, Lombardi deepens Jabra’s bench of forward-thinking channel experts on the heels of the recent appointment of Barb Huelskamp as Vice President of Channel Sales. A key member of the local GNN sales management team, Lombardi’s success creating strategic channel-distributed partnerships from a North American and global perspective will be a valuable asset to the company as they seek to focus developing business planning, pipeline generation and marketing initiatives.
“After our recent reorganization, Jabra is more focused than ever on aligning our sales goals and expanding our channel presence across North America,” said Barb Huelskamp, Vice President of Channel Sales for Jabra. “Matt’s deep industry expertise and business planning acumen will be a great asset for both our channel managers and partners. Together with Bob Kneep, who heads our East Coast channel team, our partner community now has a deep bench to tap for strategy and support as they continue to grow their businesses.”
Lombardi commented: “Jabra has a talented partner community and I look forward to working with them. What’s particularly exciting about this opportunity for me is the chance to bring my passion for channel management, relationship building, and continuous process improvement to an innovative and forward-thinking organization that cares deeply about its channel ecosystem.”
Most recently, Lombardi was Director of Channel Sales at Kodak/Alaris, where he drove revenue by elevating the performance of distributors and resellers for technology-based equipment, software, and services across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Before Kodak/Alaris, he was Worldwide Distribution Manager at Bowe Bell + Howell where he led the company’s worldwide distributor channel, managed an effective 2-tier channel sales process, and led strategic marketing plans and promotions.
