IZON TV begins pre-orders for glasses-free 3D displays
Orlando, Florida-based IZON TV has begun taking preorders for its new IZON 4K 50-inch and 65-inch Glasses Free 3D Displays. Both screens are powered by Ultra-D technology from Stream TV Networks and its supporting manufacturing partners. IZON said that it has been collaborating with Stream TV Networks to develop a “superior visual experience for the commercial signage market and future products for consumers.”
“Our customers are always looking for ways to cut through the clutter of 2D signage and stand out with consumers in a new and exciting Glasses-Free 3D experience,” IZON Founder & CEO Joey DiFrancesco, said in a statement. “These Glasses-Free 3D screens command attention and stop people in their tracks.”
IZON said that it is focused on “Tier 1” clients who are looking for ways to deliver brand messaging and products to consumers. The company provides signage solution services to a wide range of companies and industries in malls, airports, convention centers, fast food outlets, sports venues, casinos, theme parks, hotels, retail stores, hospitals, and more.
Through its 3D Technology Services division, IZON produces 2D and 3D conversion, 3D production, 3D integration, and 3D design solutions, it said. It’s new Ultra-D Glasses-Free 3D format delivers “a superior viewing experience with a wide viewing angle and great pop and depth,” all without the need to sport those chunky 3D frames. IZON said it has already installed screens at Florida State and Duke Universities. The company plans to begin shipping products during the first quarter of 2016.
The group will have its new 65-inch IZON screen at the Stream Booth (#13633) in the Central Hall at CES in January.
