It’s Almost Time for InfoComm
Sessions such as “Changes & Outlook in Digital Signage Use and Digital Signage in Higher Education” will formally educate, while luncheons and receptions will offer the opportunity for attendees to compare notes and learn from one another.
A/V Tech Tours will take those interested in the hands-on aspect of the industry through major A/V close-up experiences. Tour sites include Studio at the Palms and the Pearl Theater, University of Nevada and Law School, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Blue Man Group. These state-of-the-art facilities will provide a peek into the most up-to-date and creative uses of audiovisual technologies.
Manufacturer’s Training is the place to go to know how stuff works and which products to use for what. InfoComm’s manufacturer partners will share detailed applications for their products and services so that customers get the most out of them.
Women in the industry will have the opportunity to connect with other industry professionals at the Women in Technology Breakfast, hosted by Women in CE, on Thursday June 19. Attendees will hear Sam Horn, world-renowned author, keynote speaker, communications strategist and executive coach, speak on career and effective communication. Horn and Melissa Taggart will instruct the session, which is open to anyone. Women in CE offers the No. 1 place for women to network and learn with the support of one another.
News and information from InfoComm exhibitors and industry members will be available in the Virtual Press Office and the online Exhibitor News Room, arriving in May. Registered press and analysts will cover the show from the Las Vegas Convention Center Monday, June 16 through Thursday, June 19 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, June 20 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The show boasts a huge setup with thousands of products and miles of exhibits, all organized into focused pavilions. Most importantly, the show is a good time with fun things to see and play with.
