iPoint Control Dials Up Productivity With Full Google Calendar Integration
iPoint LLC, a full-service business management software provider serving the home technology market, today announced that its iPoint Control software suite can now fully interface with Google Calendar, providing improved schedule visibility and management across an organization's team from any device. By synching through Google, iPoint users can now subscribe to Google calendar in iCal, Outlook, iPhone, Android, or any other third-party service that supports Google Calendar, allowing users to directly edit an iPoint event from their device.

After a minimal setup process with Google Calendar, iPoint users can access and interact with their iPoint calendar directly from their devices. Users can reassign jobs to another technician or change the time of the event as well as add new events. Google Calendar will automatically synch any changes. Within iPoint, it will also update the work order and the calendar with the correct summary. When new events are created in Google Calendar or a Google-enabled calendar, users will automatically be prompted to generate a work order the next time they open the iPoint software application. It also provides individual permission levels, allowing companies to set who can view and/or edit events.
