In Their Own Words: Distributors Roundtable
This month's question: What are the most unique aspects of your integrator support programs?
ADI Americas ADIglobal.us
Our IP Programming Centers located in Louisville, Ky., and Toronto are helping dealers save time and labor on all IP projects, from programming IP cameras, building video management systems, or delivering preconfigured servers, switches and racks.
We offer more than 1,500 educational opportunities per year at our 100 branches across North America. More than 12,000 dealers attend the 46 ADI Expo events we host each year, where they participate in trainings, product demos and interact with leading manufacturers.
We've made a huge investment in our ADI University to train our sales staff on the latest technologies. Since we received such great feedback on the program and dealers have been asking how they can get involved, we will be making the training available to them with the launch of our ADI Academy program. ADI Academy consists of monthly online training modules that will provide an overview and general product knowledge of all the major categories, and presents an excellent training opportunity for sales, operations and corporate staff.
We recently launched a mobile site and mobile app to make it more convenient to shop at ADI while on the road or at a job site. Dealers can now find products, check pricing and availability, and place orders for delivery or pickup right from their smartphones. Dealers also have full access to their ADI accounts from their smartphones.

AVAD is committed to providing integrators a continuum of solutions that makes their jobs less about administration and more about innovation. For example, we recently launched Quote Builder, the first-to-market quick proposal generator for dealers that helps them keep track of invoices and draft estimates easily.
