HTSA and AVAD Strategic Alliance Bridges One of Industries Biggest Gaps
One of the biggest problems in the industry has always been getting equipment installed in a home in a timely manner. Not only is getting that equipment in the hands of the installer a problem, a consumers expectation of when they should be receiving service has exponentially grown alongside Amazon's paradigm shift into a two-day, one-day, and same-day delivery ecosystem.
Not one to wait and see what happens, Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) is joining forces with one of the most established service providers in AVAD to solve that very problem. Offering 20 branches and warehouses strategically placed across America, HTSA members can now take advantage of their services in almost any market. AVAD is also offering HTSA members an opportunity to consolidate their distribution purchases with a single program that provides them with benefits like an in-house Account Manager.
“As one of the leaders in value-added distribution, we are pleased to welcome AVAD to HTSA," said Jon Robbins, Executive Director of Home Technology Specialists of America. "AVAD's influence in the industry has grown through their addition of valuable services along with their inventory and logistics management. We believe our members will benefit from the availability of these services as well as acquiring the ability to instantly address rush inventory needs on HTSA brands."
Jon Zable, the VP of Sales and Vendor Managment at AVAD looks forward to the new partnership with "one of the industry's most recognized groups."
“Through HTSA, we will be able to forge relationships with key members while expanding our ability to provide integrators with industry-leading products and in-house, value-added services," Zable said. "We look forward to participating in upcoming HTSA events and being a part of their motivated dealer base.”
