Honeywell Debuts Indoor IP Cam
Honeywell this week announced the arrival of the iPCAM-WL, described by the company as "a new indoor IP video camera that uses advanced night vision and light sensors to help home and business owners view activity in poorly lit spaces."
The product, which features H.264 high-compression technology, is part of the Honeywell Total Connect video suite of solutions.
“A camera’s performance in dark indoor areas has become increasingly important in both residential and commercial settings,” Dean Mason, senior communications product manager for Honeywell., said as part of the announcement.
“The iPCAM-WL is an excellent way for consumers to visually identify activity in poorly lit environments at the site of an alarm event—even if they’re miles away. That can bring a great sense of comfort to the home and business owner, and an increased sense of loyalty to their provider.”
