Global Caché and Clare Controls form partnership
Global Caché announced it has entered into a strategic partnership with Clare Controls. Clare Controls integrates and resells the iTach product line, turning contact closure, IR command and serial devices into IP controlled components and extending control over long distances.
Global Caché’s products connect almost any electrical device to a Wi-Fi and/or IP network so it can be controlled, automated and maintained by network-based software. The company offers other connectivity products and capabilities, including IR learning and the award-winning Control Tower IR database, available in the cloud.
“We’re pleased to announce that Clare products have built-in support for Global Caché hardware,” Robin Ford, Global Caché VP of Business Development, said in a statement.
“Clare offers leading-edge products that use the cloud and apps to leverage the latest and greatest in today’s technology. We’re excited to partner with them.”
“We’ve been working with Global Caché for quite some time and have been impressed with their product capabilities and excellent reliability,” Jaime Jeffreys, Clare Controls Product Manager, also said in a statement.
“The integration with Global Caché products gives our customers more flexibility and reliability so they can control more devices over longer distances. Global Caché products are a quality enhancement to our systems, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to our channel.”
The Clare Controls home automation system is professionally installed and programmed, but user-configurable. The modular hardware provides native support of Z-Wave devices on the network.
Clare supports iOS and Android enabling users to interact with their Clare system through smart devices they are familiar with.
