Emotiva Audio Promotes Sarah Heath to Partner Manager
Emotiva Audio Corporation has appointed company veteran Sarah Heath to the newly created position of Partner Manager.
Ms. Heath, who previously handled various sales and customer service roles, now manages and is building relationships with Emotiva’s network of partners in the continental U.S. and Canada, focusing on order flow, process management, and related responsibilities. Walter Schofield, the company’s Vice President of Global Strategy, remains the primary point of contact for international distributors.
“Sarah is one of the most detailed, reliable, and personable people I’ve had the pleasure to work with at this or any company,” commented Dan Laufman, President and CEO, Emotiva Audio Corp. “She’s an excellent listener who has a knack for understanding how to move orders along while focusing on service, and she is quick to solve potential issues quickly and efficiently. We’re thrilled to have her as part of the team.”
Ms. Heath joined Emotiva Audio in 2009 as an administrative assistant before being promoted to office manager; a position she held for four years before relocating to Jacksonville, FL. While in Jacksonville, Ms. Heath was employed at A/V specialist, Superior Sight & Sound, where her role as Office Manager had her involved in customer service, payroll, human resources, and other responsibilities. In 2016, Ms. Heath rejoined Emotiva, remotely handling sales and customer service before being promoted to her current position.
“Emotiva is the best example of a family-run business that extends the family feel to every one of our customers,” said Ms. Heath. “Anybody who calls will speak with a real person. Everyone at Emotiva shares an unshakable commitment to customer service that is the most focused I’ve seen in any company, any industry.”
