Denmark-based speaker manufacturer Dynaudio will debut a new entry-level high-end loudspeaker line at the 2015 CEDIA Expo in Dallas this week. The Emit loudspeaker series will incorporate the same level of Dynaudio technology and performance as other products but at an affordable price range, the company said.
The low distortion, deep bass extension, and dynamic range make the Emit series suitable or both traditional hi-fi systems and home theater setups, Dynaudio said.
“In either scenario, the Emit range is characterized by a sonic cohesion that ensures a perfectly homogenous sound experience,” the company said in a statement. “This experience isn’t difficult to achieve either; the speakers are easy to drive and simple to position in your favorite room.”
Four different speakers make up Dynaudio’s new Emit series:
- Emit M10: compact loudspeakers with 14cm mid/wooder ($750 per pair)
- Emit M20: compact loudspeakers with 17cm mid/woofer ($950 per pair)
- Emit M30: floor-standing loudspeakers with two 17cm mid/woofers ($1,900 per pair)
- Emit M15 C: compact center channel loudspeakers with angled plinth ($700 each)
“Technologically speaking, the Emit series is distinguished by its advanced Dynaudio drivers coupled with renowned Danish craftsmanship,” Dynaudio said. “The proprietary drivers are designed solely for the purpose of optimizing audio performance within the boundaries of the models’ particular applications; thus the Emit series truly offers a level of sound performance that is unrivalled in its category.”
