D&M Names Caudill CEO
D&M Holdings said Monday that Jim Caudill will become its new CEO, replacing Yvonne Hao. Caudill is a 20-year veteran of Black & Decker, where he was most recently president of the hardware and home improvement group.
Hao will remain chair of the company's board of directors.
“I am honored to be selected as the next leader of D&M, a company with such strong brands and a rich legacy of excellence,” Caudill said in a statement.
“Yvonne and the company have done an outstanding job guiding the business through a difficult economic environment and positioning D&M for the future. I look forward to working with the team, our customers, and vendor partners to deliver growth through product innovation, geographic expansion, and pursuing strategies to attract new consumers.”
