D&M Reports “Record” Revenue and Profits
D&M Holdings, which owns the Denon, Marantz, Boston Acoustics, McIntosh Laboratory, Snell Acoustics, D&M Professional, D&M Premium Sound Solutions, Denon DJ, ReplayTV and Escient brands, said it generated “record revenue and profits” in fiscal 2006 and forecast double-digit earnings growth in fiscal 2007.
D&M’s consolidated revenue for its fiscal 2006, which ended March 31, 2007, was $855 million, a 12 percent increase over fiscal 2005. Operating profit was $49 million, 60 percent higher than in fiscal 2005. Net income was $25 million, 22 percent higher than fiscal 2005.
