To whom it may concern,
We have been utilizing Affordable Audio to do all of our theater, surround sound and whole house audio for over five years and couldn’t be more pleased. Scott is knowledgeable about his product and the most up-to-date applications. Our customers always remark about how nice he is and how complete his work is. I [have] yet to receive even one call back for any of his work. I also will attest that Scott stands behind his work over and beyond industry standards. I have had customers call me to tell me that Scott came back three years after the original installation to hookup their newest purchase. He does this even if they buy the equipment somewhere else!! He always stays with the customer to make sure that they understand how everything functions, and never leaves a customer confused or annoyed with new technology.
From an installation standpoint, I appreciate that Scott bends over backwards with regards to meeting our schedules. He always leaves the jobsite better than he found it and is concerned about every minor detail.
