Well-Connected Home manufacturer Channel Vision has released its new Network Video Recorder (NVR) that provides users with more focused control, high-quality, reliable video recording, and more options to integrate with existing systems. The new 9-channel NVR made its debut at CEDIA 2015 in Dallas earlier this month.
Channel Vision’s latest NVR is designed for “functionality and versatility,” the company said in a statement. Users can scan through their recordings by time, date, event, object, motion, or activity, and the NVR utilizes watchdog monitoring, which will ensure that the device will restart and continue recording if an error were to occur.
“Channel Vision has expanded their NVR line to support 9-Channels,” President and CEO Darrel Hauk said in a statement. “It will offer our customers a solution to monitoring larger surveillance systems and includes features of the 4-Channel NVR such as SDDP format with a built-in POE switch that allows for simple, straight-forward installation.”
The NVR-09N supports ONVIF protocol and SDDP format, which allows the NVR to automatically locate and add the user’s IP cameras to the network, Channel Vision explained. The NVR supports IP cameras up to five megapixels for each channel, and HDMI video interface.
