One Voice: On Turning 21
It seems like yesterday that I turned 21. OK, maybe not, but the professional in me turns 21 along with CEDIA this September.
We kick off our birthday celebration this July with the Pre-CEDIA EXPO issue because there is just too much to share with you to wait until September. Throughout the year, CEDIA provides its members with a professional certification program, represents the members in government affairs and provides unmatched educational offerings around the globe.
One of the most relevant initiatives is the Outreach program that brings together the electronic systems contractors,
architects, building designers, lighting designers, interior designers and builders. And communication is the key to its success.
We are extremely proud of our partnership to provide CEDIA with the two editions of CEDIA Electronic Lifestyles®, THE official communication tool for you and the organization. Serving as CEDIA's calling card, the publications are direct-mailed twice a year to an exclusive list of 30,000 U.S.-based architects, interior designers and builders, along with the 3,500 member companies of CEDIA. The magazines not only impress the members of affiliated disciplines such as AIA, IDEC, ASID and IBS, they help you sell your design and installation services, and that sells product!
The third annual fall edition will be on-hand at CEDIA EXPO and closes for advertising space on August 12, 2010.
