CEDIA EXPO Course of the Day: Creating Standardized Home Theater "Packages" That Integrate Design & Technology
Each day, we’re going to be featuring a specific CEDIA course that you can take at CEDIA EXPO in October.
Today’s entry is Creating Standardized Home Theater "Packages" That Integrate Design & Technology, instructed by Theo Kalomirakis of TK Theaters.
Providing your customers with a customized laundry list of home theater equipment can be time-consuming, overwhelms them with too many choices, and leaves you vulnerable to clients who use proposals to “shop around.” Home theater design legend Theo Kalomirakis discusses how to take advantage of available industry resources to create standardized and reasonably priced home theater ”packages” that incorporate technology, acoustics, and design, while simplifying the sales process.
The Class number is ESD0038-1, it provides 1.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and it takes place Saturday, October 17, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
A la carte, this course costs $140 for CEDIA members and $200 for non-members. However, CEDIA is offering the CEDIA Training Pass for $529, which gives you access to an unlimited number of training courses with the exception of certification exams, the Design Documents: Creating AV System Blueprint Drawings Workshop, and the CEDIA Outreach Instructor (COI) “Train the Trainer” Workshop.
