One Voice: CE Week Keeps NYC Cool in Summer
Welcome to the CE Week issue of Technology Integrator! This is an event that has gone from strength to strength over the last several years.
CE Week is the consumer electronics industry’s official mid-year meeting, conference and new technology showcase, all in one—and it’s returning to New York City June 24-28. And while the entire city will be CE Week’s tradeshow floor, event headquarters will once again be the Metropolitan Pavilion and Altman Building at 125 West 18th Street (between Sixth and Seventh avenues), where the CE Week Line Shows and Exhibits will take place, and where CE Week’s largest concentration of executives, exhibits and free conferences will be found.
Last year, CE Week and its partners drew nearly 6,000 retailers, thought leaders members of the media from across the country.
The mid-year timing for the NYC-area media is ideal. And that’s why the event’s popularity has surged, filling a gap in the year-long product cycle for those looking to experience the latest tech to feature in summer, back-to-school and holiday gift-giving previews. This event showcases the coolest new tech products that’ll soon be hitting store shelves, and is a can’t-miss opportunity for the local trade, business and technology media.
Technology leaders from large corporations and innovative start-ups alike will demonstrate their new products, hold press conferences, and host networking events. CEA will unveil mid-year market research and analysis. Key industry analysts, business leaders and columnists will present exclusive data and insights in presentations and on panels. Starting on page 22 of this issue, we’ve gathered for you just a small sneak peak of some of the products we’ll be seeing in New York City. And keep your eyes peeled for next month’s issue of Technology Integrator, in which we’ll deliver a full, you-were-there report of the most relevant products and topics that were unveiled at the show. We hope to see you there!
