Business Chops Tip #127: Would You Buy From Your Own Company?
"Customer Experience" is an attribute of amazon.com that keeps 'em coming back. How you view that experience in your business may be different from how your customers do. For example, you may think that everyone knows about home theater and don¹t provide seating in your demo room.
Put yourself in the customer's position. They are looking for convenience, performance, selection, value, status, and the ³feel² factor. Buying from you has to feel right or they won¹t do it. Tip: Ask yourself if you would buy something from your company. If the answer is ³It dependsв you may have a problem.
