Brush & Bass Raised $2,000 For Elf Foundation
The latest Brush & Bass event, held at CE Week in June, raised $2,000 for the Elf Foundation, organizers said.
The event, which took place at the CEA Line Shows Press Preview in New York, consisted of Leon Speakers' Noah Kaplan painting a work of art while jazz music played. The painting, of Frida Kahlo, was actioned off, with the proceeds going to the Elf, which builds "Rooms of Magic" in childrens' hospitals.
“These Brush & Bass fundraising events are always a hit and we’re so grateful to Noah Kaplan and Leon Speakers for their continued support of the Elf Foundation,” Doug Weinstein, President of the Elf Foundation, said. “Marla Suttenberg’s winning bid was extremely generous and we’re certain the Sapphire Marketing team and visitors to their office will enjoy the beautiful painting that now hangs in their conference room.”
