Azione Unlimited Adds Healthcare Program for Members
Making a significant stride in its healthcare initiative, Azione Unlimited has partnered with Lifestyle Health Plans, introducing an affordable, effective, and frictionless healthcare solution for the buying group's members. Launched in 2006, Lifestyle Health Plans connects the association with a core mission to create "long-term solutions" that provide significant benefits alongside a controlled and accessible pricing structure.

Lifestyle Health Plans addressed the buying group in a webinar earlier this month, highlighting the fact that participating Azione Unlimited members will see immediate savings thanks to a multi-year strategy to create a "culture of health." The new vendor-member approaches healthcare with solutions that focus on individual lifestyles. In turn, the incentive-based model encourages participation, behavioral change, and lifestyle improvement.

Currently, Lifestyle Health Plans offers 16 different standard plan options that are grouped into four plan designs based on benefit design. That means custom-tailored plans can cover a variety of different needs for each individual members needs. The healthcare program also adds an integrated wellness program at no additional cost that helps make the program more cost-effective. This materializes as deductible credits, credit 'matching' programs, and cash-reward "Bonus Bucks."
Perlson also notes that Lifestyle Health Plans is a level-funded platform that has hand-selected A-rated insurance carriers in each marketplace "who are not typically known to business but have been curated for their rich program offerings." In turn, the programs can create deeper applications for individual needs as well as incentive-based wellness solutions that allow members to lower out-of-pocket costs. This will also allow the program to add dental, vision, worksite, life, and supplemental coverage that integrate
directly into plans.
