Audio Gear Group Appoints National Brand Manager
The rapidly expanding custom integration brand, Audio Gear Group, has just appointed a new leader to steer the management team as business growth accelerates. Bryan Strachota will now act at the national brand manager at Audio Gear Group's headquarters in Brea, California.
Strachota will work closely with Audio Gear Group’s Sales Manager Ed Han to strategically hire, manage, and motivate the national sales team of independent sales representative firms and custom integration-focused distributors. The newly appointed brand manager will also oversee Audio Gear Group’s national network of premier local custom integration system specialists.
Other non-sales related responsibilities that fall under Strachota’s new role include controlling Audio Gear Group’s portfolio of brands including: OSD Audio, OSD BLACK Series, Miller & Kreisel (M&K), and Carver. He will be in charge of creating profitable dealer programs, overseeing sales operations and administration, creating and managing dealer product training, and administering customer support functions.

With an experience in the custom integration space spanning over a decade, Strachota’s unique background includes work with both national and local companies. He previously held positions in client sales, systems design, and technical services, so he is well equipped with the skills needed to succeed in his new role as a national brand manager.
