After evaluating several companies, Audio America has selected the Singularity Commerce Management Platform, with plans to implement a comprehensive multichannel commerce management solution, with hopes to improve the experience for the buyers and the Audio America team.
Singularity will provide the Florida-based consumer electronics distributor with a redesigned eCommerce website including mobile device recognition, upgraded product search capabilities, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integration.
“After a thorough analysis of solutions available, the Singularity Commerce Management Platform came out as the top choice to help us deliver a superior buying experience to engage our customers," Audio America CEO Jonathan Elster said in a statement. "... Singularity will take the burden off of our IT team by providing hosting, software and website maintenance, one-on-one training, and new features that will be rolled out to us monthly.”
Customers will have the ability to filter the product catalog using guided navigation and search functionality, as well as access to product content to assist in purchasing decisions. Audio America hopes these features will help their buyers find the information they are looking for quickly and easily.
