Walk the ornately decorated halls of any large hotel and it becomes clear that LED adoption occurred before its time. Magnificent crystal chandeliers are zealously refitted with LEDs, emanating a starkly unaesthetic light that is garish.

The result is analogous to poor quality audio. Apparently the lighting industry's case for LED as a cost saver trumped the value of pleasing visual results. Yet newer LED technology has improved as a visually viable solution. Custom retailers and integrators are uniquely poised to advise customers on the benefits of higher-quality visual solutions.
