Marc Sculler

Marc Sculler joined Bell’O International in April 2002 and has served as the company’s CEO since January 2005. His primary responsibilities are strategic planning, monitoring and control of all financial aspects of the company, including cash flow, financing, capital expenditures, product cost analysis, pricing, gross profit margin analysis, SG&A cost analysis and overall corporate profitability. Marc has contributed significantly to the growth of Bell’O, playing a large role in expanding the brand’s home theater furniture lines and adding several different product categories including wall mounts, home theater seating, audio/video cables and accessories such as screen and furniture cleaner.

Kate Hudkins

Kate Hudkins grew up in the A/V industry but after graduating from college worked for several years as a high school English teacher before starting as marketing director at Gramophone in 2010. She has become one of the industry’s new leaders in using web marketing to promote AV specialists. She has been a spokesperson for CEA on social media marketing and has created a number of events that industry vendors have recognized as breakthroughs in what was the stale world of the AV specialist. Recently Kate developed and coordinated the Digital Living event, which drew over 300 attendees and was followed by a Thanksgiving promotion that resulted in a 400 percent sales increase over the prior year.

Joaquin Rivera

Joaquin has spent 12 successful years at Stewart Filmscreen and was  promoted from director of sales to VP this year. Joaquin has made incredible contributions to Stewart Filmscreen. He created a two-day training program for dealers to help educate and communicate the superiority and heritage of the Stewart Filmscreen brand. Todd Beetcher
Business Development, DVDO
Todd Beetcher is an expert in sales, capital raising (he has an outstanding track record in this area), business development, public relations, marketing and strategic development, and is positioned to lead the DVDO sales team to new heights. Beetcher’s success in relationship building has fostered many deals that have immediately produced positive value to the company. He has spearheaded efforts to revitalize the DVDO brand to investors and dealers.

Melissa Andresko

Melissa is responsible for having 12 Lutron items accepted into the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History in Washington, DC. These company artifacts reside alongside early light bulbs from Thomas Alva Edison and early telephones from Alexander Graham Bell. Seth Rubenstein

Wil Vitela
Coming from an electronic systems contractor background Wil saw a need to truly distinguish the role of a regional distributor in today’s economic world. The national distributor has its place as the box mover and having a good mix of products available for the just in time ESC while many manufacturers are replacing representative firms with inside sales people in the hopes to increase direct account sales. Wil started his own manufacturing and distribution business cutting costs to ESCs while partnering with key manufacturers that complemented his mantra of doing business. has become an extension of many independent ESC businesses, helping to promote new ways of making revenue while embracing a changing world with lower margins as an opportunity and not a threat.

Kelly Clement

The company’s membership in HTSA, along with their MBA pursuit, provides a wealth of knowledge to succeed in business. The day to day operations is shared. Kris oversees the custom integration side of the business with a staff of seven, while Dan manages the showroom sales staff of eight. Rob Waissi

Since joining Leon in 2007, Rob Waissi has designed hundreds of custom audio solutions from the ground up for the CEDIA market. Rob heads up OEM product development for the company, managing the system designs and OEM client relations. He designs and creates all the product system architecture aside from the electronics components from the ground up, developing one-off OEM loudspeaker solutions for the industry. Additionally, Rob has evolved the design capabilities of the Leon Speakers telepresence audio solutions, all the way through to the integration of the various HD telepresence cameras available on the market today. Rob constantly contributes to evolving the company’s design department (Leon Design Studios), its capabilities, and its application to an ever-growing custom electronics industry.

Victor Pak

Victor started Pakedge after seeing a need for dedicated custom installation networking products that offered performance and capabilities unavailable from off-the-shelf products. Pak realized that audio, video and data were all going to be going down IP highways in the home and specialized hardware would be needed, as evidenced by the current trend towards audio/video bridging.

Olivia Dumanovsky

Chris Aiello
Product Manager, Headphones, Klipsch Group, Inc.
Chris supports product lifecycle planning and development for headphone products. His duties include assisting in idea generation and creation of multiple products through the gathering of pertinent market information, participating in internal processes and global communications, and coordinating with Engineering, Outbound Marketing, Sales and Project Management. Guaranteed in his day-to-day work, Aiello maintains a positive attitude, provides creative ideas with a high degree of marketing insight, and successfully leads innovative headphone products from thought to completion to launch. Chris Perrins
Senior Development Engineer, Klipsch Group, Inc.
Chris approves the acoustics for all Klipsch brand products before they are released for sale—essentially facing the formidable task of upholding the legendary acoustic standards established by Paul W. Klipsch over 65 years ago. An especially notable accomplishment was his development of the Palladium Line, a Klipsch flagship. According to his co-workers, Perrins successfully works independently and requires minimum supervision. As a reliable and knowledgeable member of the team, he is respected and admired by his peers—even those who are older and more experienced.

Scott Klodowski
Director of Sales and Marketing, Powerline Control Systems (PCS)
Scott has over 25 years in the home automation industry, previously with X-10 and SmartHome. He has been a driving force in making PCS the preferred lighting control supplier for a rapidly-growing number of residential and commercial integrators. He has a unique expertise in understanding the needs and challenges of integrators and has utilized those talents to develop training programs, promotional and marketing materials and more to help integrators successfully sell and install PCS lighting control systems.

Cynthia Menna
Senior Manager Commercial Sales, AVAD
Cynthia has a diverse sales background, having led sales efforts in the structured cabling, security, commercial AV, residential AV and technology industries. She combines this knowledge and her ability to drive tangible results with our vendor and customer partners to deliver new opportunities to our dealer partners on a daily basis. Nels Johnson
District Manager East, AVAD
Nels brings a depth of regional management knowledge to the AVAD team from his 11+ years at Bose as a regional and national manager. His insight into AVAD from managing the AVAD business as part of his role at Bose has allowed him to drive his region to new levels of success. Seth Evenson

Scott has led design and development of Audio Advice proprietary Signature Series automation system, an industry leader in performance, reliability, and ease of use. Alexandre Keichinger

Alex Keichinger began his career at Somfy Systems, Inc. at the corporate headquarters in France where he remained for four years after that he transferred to the North America headquarters in New Jersey where he was promoted to product marketing manager for all Somfy products. In 2011, Alex assumed the position of leading the entire TaHomA program. That includes all angles of the TaHomA program including sales, product initiative, product development, business development and product launch.

Marshall Currier
National Trainer, Panamax, LLC
Marshall has proudly served at Panamax/Furman for five years as a key resource in marketing, sales and product design. While responsible for sales training and curriculum for all Panamax channels, his most recent area of focus is a new Web-based IP control and energy management platform called BlueBOLT®. He plays a major role in online dealer certification and orientation training for installers, dealers and distributors internationally. Desiree Webster

Through her keen appraisal of both the CE Industry and the modern consumer, Desiree Webster has consistently driven NuVo’s marketing efforts with clear insight and direction. A team leader of integrity and enviable vigor, her contribution extends even beyond NuVo, as she was elected to the Northern Kentucky Home Builders Association’s Associates Council Board of Governors, while also sitting on their Board of Directors. Veronica Esbona

In her four years with Wall Street Communications, Veronica Esbona has successfully utilized a proactive approach to public relations to build our clients’ brands and establish them as top manufacturers in the AV market. Veronica was instrumental in helping Wall Street Communications launch InGear PR—a new agency specializing in the professional AV, custom installation and consumer electronics markets—where she now serves as president. Outside the office, Veronica is an active participant in the AV community. Ron Weber
Ron is a life-long office products industry veteran and began the website in Dec. 2007. From start up to current he has taken the company from $1,215 in sales in its first month (Dec. 2007) to an average of $575K per month currently. He has managed and directed the company from the beginning becoming No. 413 on the INC 500 list this year with 830 percent three-year growth.

Andreas Guenther
Installation Manager, Advanced Audio Design
Andreas has worked for Advanced Audio Design  of Sarasota. Fla., since 2001 when he was 14 years of age. He started as a warehouse helper, moved on to install helper then installer. He then got his college degree in business management and worked in sales for two years. There was a need for a new install manager and he stepped up to the challenge.

Mario Thibeault
Account Executive for the Home Cinema division, Worldwide Sales, D-BOX Technologies
Mario started working in this industry in 1982 where he could enjoy his passion for music and movies. He managed several specialty audio retail stores moving on to work at Nuance Audio Corporation in the late 80s. He had the privilege of working with George Baker, Canada’s most famous loudspeaker manufacturer who had a significant impact on Mario’s achievements in this industry. He taught him that working hard and providing the best level of high-performance to his dealers would allow his customers to provide the best service and products to their clients.

Jill Kerr
Home Health Tech Division Manager, Home Controls, Inc.
Jill has created the Home Health Tech Division of Home Controls with her drive, dedication,and enthusiasm for this market. She is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s wholesale level sales volume for this division, developing dealer programs and providing dealer support, and corporate level strategy and coordination with new and current manufacturers. Jill and her staff provide training, technical support, sales and marketing support, and systems integration support. Her primary goal is to ensure that Home Controls and HomeHealth dealers are commercially successful through an exceptional Dealer Support Program.

Bill Nguyen

Henry Clifford founded Livewire of Richmond, Va., in 2001 after identifying a need for simple home technology in Central Virginia. He began his career in IT during the .com boom of the 90s, working as a Web developer and Information Architect. His lifelong passion for technology made Livewire an easy choice. Under Clifford’s leadership, Livewire has acquired three competitors in the last year, added 5,000 square feet of warehouse space and is now the largest ESC in Central Virginia. Emily Swiel
Designer/CAD Operations, Cinema Design Group International (CDGi)
Emily has been with CDGi for almost four years. Prior to working with CDGi , Emily was a Drafts Person at Brown’s Interiors—designing custom cabinets. She is a graduate of BHC School of Interior Design in Cape Town, South Africa. She has become a leader in an award-winning design team that concentrates on aesthetics and performance of dedicated home theaters for high net-worth clientele. Her ability to design world class audio and video components into home theater has help elevate CDGi exquisite design collection for dealers and clients around the world.

Jeff Briesemeister
Owner, Design & Programming, Integration Controls LLC
Jeff learned of the custom integration business in 2000 and started working residentially. After four years, his career path turned more toward lighting and controls, where he worked as an inside quotes and sales support for one of the largest lighting reps in St. Louis. Jeff had a passion to be a business-owner once again, so he and his wife opened Integration Controls in December of 2004. Along with formal instruction, the lifecycle of experiences Jeff has had lends a holistic approach to nearly every project.
